Refund policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Our return policy
This policy applies to purchases from Toyouth, operated by Toyouth Collective LLC. You may request a non-quality return within 14 calendar days after delivery. The buyer pays the return shipping for non-quality returns, and we do not charge a restocking fee. For faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied items, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
This 14-day policy does not limit statutory cancellation rights, legal guarantees or remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Where applicable law gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
How to request a return
- Contact info@toyouthwear.com or use our contact form within 14 days after delivery. Tell us your order number, the item you want to return and whether you would like a refund or help with a replacement. A reason is not required to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.
- We will provide the appropriate return instructions and destination. Please do not assume that the address printed on a parcel or our business contact address is the correct returns address.
- Pack the goods securely, including the supplied components of any set, and send them back within 14 days after notifying us of the return, unless we agree a longer period or applicable law provides otherwise. Retain proof of posting; a tracked service can help resolve delivery enquiries.
A timely, clear notice is sufficient to exercise a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right; prior approval, a particular form or a return authorisation number is not a condition of that right. If you are awaiting routing instructions, keep a copy of your request and contact us again rather than allowing a deadline to pass unnoticed. We will not penalise you for a delay in returning goods caused by our failure to provide necessary instructions.
Condition of returned clothing
Please return items clean, with the supplied tags, accessories and packaging where reasonably available. You may inspect clothing and try it on as you would in a shop. Wear beyond a reasonable fitting, washing, alteration, staining, perfume or damage can affect eligibility for a voluntary return or the amount refundable where the law allows a deduction for diminished value. We will explain any proposed deduction and its basis. Missing original packaging alone does not remove statutory rights.
For a coordinated set sold as one product, return all included pieces when returning the whole set. Styling accessories shown in photographs are not part of a set unless the product description says they are. Sale items retain the same statutory protections as full-price items.
Who pays return shipping?
- Quality issue or our error: for a faulty item, damage present on arrival or an item we supplied incorrectly, we will arrange a suitable return method or reimburse reasonable necessary return postage. Contact us before paying for an unusually expensive return service so we can help arrange a proportionate method.
- Non-quality return: if you change your mind or choose an unsuitable size, colour or style despite the goods matching the listing, you pay the direct return-postage cost. The cost depends on the carrier and return destination; ask for routing details if you need to assess the cost before purchasing.
- Restocking: we do not charge a restocking fee.
Issues involving inaccurate product descriptions, incorrect measurements or goods that fail applicable quality guarantees are not treated simply as a change of mind. Contact us so we can assess the appropriate remedy.
Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing goods
Tell us about the problem as soon as reasonably possible, with your order details and any helpful photographs. Keep the goods and packaging while we investigate. We will offer the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law, taking account of the nature of the problem and any right you have to choose a remedy. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not cut off rights relating to a fault discovered later. You do not need to make a claim against the carrier instead of contacting us.
Refunds and exchanges
We will confirm the outcome after receiving the returned goods or, where the law requires, sufficient evidence that you have sent them back. Refunds go to the original payment method unless another lawful method is expressly agreed. We refund the amount actually paid for the returned goods, reflecting the discount applied to those goods. We do not substitute store credit for a legally required monetary refund without your agreement.
For a statutory withdrawal from an entire order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge as required by law; the additional cost of an express upgrade need not be refunded. For other non-quality returns, original outbound shipping is not refunded unless required by law. For faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods, delivery charges and other recoverable costs are handled in accordance with the applicable legal remedy.
Where EU/EEA or UK withdrawal rules apply, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier, unless we have offered to collect them. We otherwise process refunds promptly within the applicable legal deadlines. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
If you want a different size or colour, contact us to check availability and the appropriate exchange or return-and-reorder process. A replacement is not guaranteed until availability is confirmed. For eligible Managed Markets orders, the merchant-of-record refund process identified in your checkout documentation may apply; contact Toyouth for assistance.
Cancelling before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to stop the order before it is dispatched. If it has already entered fulfilment or shipped, we will explain the next steps under this return policy. This does not remove any statutory right to cancel or withdraw. See our Shipping policy for delayed or undelivered orders.
Additional consumer rights
EU/EEA and United Kingdom: where distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the period generally starts on receipt of the final item. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. An unambiguous email or other statement is sufficient.
Australia and New Zealand: our return terms do not exclude applicable consumer guarantees. A major failure may entitle you to a refund or replacement and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss; other failures must be remedied as required by law. A change-of-mind deadline does not replace these rights.
Other destinations: local mandatory rights, including any longer withdrawal period, warranty rights or refund requirements, prevail over a conflicting term in this policy.
Optional withdrawal notice
You can email the following information to info@toyouthwear.com, or send a clear statement to Toyouth Collective LLC at the business contact address in our Contact information: “I give notice that I withdraw from my purchase of [goods], order number [number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name is [name] and my address is [address].” Add the date and, for a paper notice, your signature. Using this wording is optional.
