Help with an order

Email us or use our contact form. If you have already placed an order, include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief explanation of the assistance you need. For an issue with an item, include the product name, colour and size and, where useful, photographs of the item or packaging. Photographs help us investigate but do not replace or restrict your legal rights.

For an urgent cancellation or delivery-address correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on the stage of fulfilment; see our Return and refund policy and Shipping policy.

Returns and product concerns

Our standard return-request period is 14 days after delivery. We cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied goods. For non-quality returns, the buyer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Applicable statutory rights may provide additional remedies or longer periods.
